Here are a few lessons I learned during the renovation, many of which stemmed from the age of the house and unexpected hidden damages:1.Damaged Plumbing: Several plumbing pipes were ruptured or severely damaged, requiring replacement.2.Termite Infestation: I discovered termites, which led to additional costs for treatment and repairs.3.Rotted Wood: Significant sections of wood in the structure were rotted and had to be replaced.4.Lack of Insulation: There was no insulation in the att Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

As a lender and investor, I get to see the various deals my clients are doing and so many of them are crushing it!

This is a good reference for myself and personal private lenders.

I'd recommend interviewing multiple realtors, property managers and lenders to make sure you build a solid team. 

Do you already have your next down payment ready and lender ready? 

You can find lots of real estate related resources (wholesalers, buyers, contractors, realtors, lenders, property managers etc.) 

Talk with the lender and tell them your plan.  

Cody,If you want to work with a bank or lender to build on a piece of vacant land you will need to be on title of the land for at least 6 months.
