You can create self-reinforcing cycles of the various aspects of your business that are doing the work for you and growing the business for you.

From a business standpoint, I have analyzed that option to the point of REALLY understanding why property managers do what they do, which reinforces my choice to self-manage.Honestly, the only way that I have found to build a sustainable management business would have to include selling the "extras" above and beyond the percentage of rents collected that is commonly how managers are paid.

BTW my roof was not penetrated by the installation, but they did get up in the attic and add extra reinforcement to the rafters/bracing to bring it up to modern code for the added weight (house is 1958 vintage).

In one of our commercial properties the entire floor is a 10inch slab with reinforcing poured back in 1970 when it was less expensive & it has never shown any cracking & we have heavy equipment & 4 post truck hoists on it.
