Since the default is 'No" and you would have had to add it in order for it to be there, if you don't know, it is very unlikely that it is there.And if it is not, you will not be buying this property unless you can sweeten your offer sufficiently to get the sellers to reconsider.

It's still an offer, you may come up on it, maybe the seller will reconsider down the line if they don't get the offer they're looking for, etc.
