If you are going to do a debt structure, you will need to be in the 10-12% return range to investors.

The likelihood of getting Progressive to cover a claim ON THE ROOF when they are issuing a flat cancel due to inspection ON THE ROOF is very low.For the most part, insurance companies don't inspect homes before coverage is bound.  

Not sure what your price range is but obviously ocean block would rent more frequently for more $. 

A new cooktop/oven range and slide-in refrigerator is part of this project, as are replacing laminate countertops and installing a new sink and faucet.

Houses in my price range in Severna Park are few and sell quick . if I sell myself they get nothing .
