There is new construction happening on the block already and it's very well located near major public transportation.

my understanding is that brokers typically first shop deals to  investors whom they've had previous dealings with, then to other brokers in-house, then to the general public.

Impounding someones car sitting in a public parking space would likely get a hard scolding from a judge somewhere, so even if it worked a time or two, overtime it would be outlawed IMO.

These leases should also be recorded in the public records.NNN leases are commonly used for commercial transactions.

@Joshua Tikal College rentals are not something we specialize in but the experience I have had from managing thousands of rentals over the years is that everyone starts out wanting to provide good housing options for the general public but lose sight of the fact that this is a business and please run it that way.

BTW the Sheriff doesn't sell most foreclosures in Colorado, it's the Public Trustee.
