I know you're right Rob, just long term I want to be self employed.Building a life insurance agency can produce a lot of income in the long run, just takes some time starting out.

However, there is alot of new developments in the area to include the Ai Super Computer, Bucce's gas station (This is national traveler attraction), the Blue Oval, and also lots of other developments but these are the recent highlights.

Maybe your offer will be more attractive to others.I'm not poo-pooing your idea, but I am skeptical enough that I won't ask for an analysis of a particular market.

And maybe a bigger question i had for the more knowledgeable individuals is: Is the practice of wholesale real estate shady in itself or is it just a lot of the people that it attracts?

What is the best way that you have found to attract cash buyers and or obtain investor/cash buyers lists?
