Seriously bad, and some by people who are licensed to know better (and some by people who aren't licensed and need to stop pretending they know)....  

As you know you can’t pretend or fake your way when it comes to development.

That's all wholesaling is, it's brokering real estate except instead of being up front & telling the distressed seller that you'll sell their property for X amount & take X amount as your commission / fee you are taught to lie to the seller & pretend you are going to buy the property while you secretly attempt to "assign" your contract.It doesn't work.

I pretend that I am just an employee ( I report to 'retired me' in 10 years) and I make decisions as if this is my salaried job and I'm going to be in trouble with the boss if I manage it poorly.

Let’s pretend I wanted to live in the property as an owner occupant.

A person can say (pretend or not) 'it's a primary residence'... but that won't work with a company (e.g.

Pretend you are going on vacation in the area and looking for a similar place to stay at. where would you go to book it?

Pretend you will be living in one side of your duplex… it’s 8am and you go to take a shower, but there’s only 1 minute of hot water left because your next door neighbors took showers at 7:30 and 7:45am.
