May I ask on the application if there are any minor children who are under suspension / expulsion status from a public or private or have been found guilty of a felony or an act that would be considered a felony of committed by an adult?  

In the meantime the trick is, and admittedly this is a constant challenge for me if I'm going to be honest, to be on the lookout for the first kind but don't get so jaded that you forget about the second kind or come across treating everybody guilty until proven innocent as the first kind.

Even if I am guilty of violating the rental cap, I am not guilty of short-term renting of which I've been accused and fined for.I think worst case scenario, I send the legal letter threatening litigation, they don't comply, and I just pay the fine and sell the condo to put it all behind me.
