All the tenants have been very good so far, and one recently asked me if they could set up a few patio chairs in the backyard.

I am seeking recommendations for a Registered Agent to handle LLC setup and related filings for new real estate investment business that my partner and I would like to set up. 

If you can find a good manager and maybe one already set up, you could make it work. 

once everything is set up, it can be 'easy.' 

STR can be more profitable if you set it up right with your pricing and have a balance of making your place look nice, while not spending too much on your setup.

At that point, we moved into DSCR mortgages, and set up entities. 

Lastly, something to think about: a few investors set up a management LLC that will not own any property but, in turn, deal with any third parties.
