When rents in your C or B class multi stop rising .Its a signal not noise. 

I'm sure that is a pain when dealing with people who might not be completely sure they can even buy a property.

HI Guys,Ive been submitting offers around Los Angeles and educating myself on the rent control laws here (they are a pain but required).

So even if it's painful, a price adjustment is usually in order, especially if your listing otherwise is impeccable. 

If the numbers work make them work, if someone is being a pain stand your ground.... or move to another place of ground that still makes you money.

Your money is dying a slow painful death sitting doing absolutely nothing.
