The national industrial NNN is usually massive in price like 8 million low end and up to 50 million high end like an Amazon.

A high resistance short that doesn't trip circuit breakers is usually generating massive heat at the short point.

They’re attitude is a MASSIVELY overlooked factor people I think miss on and come in to hard on their tenants and vice versa.
