So I'm lost on how this thing works my landlord is loosing faith on it to so thats to many landlords being talked about on here and ain't but about 10 different people on here and that's like 4 landlords feeling that way so think about Ll the people that's not on here and how many landlords feel like that and with them feeling like that ain't good .

In situations like those, I know the best thing to do, is send out mailers to see if homeowners would like to sell their homes, and see if I can make a cash deal, no commissions needing to be paid or closing costs.The issue I run into is that I am now a licensed agent in California, and I don't know the best way to handle looking into self investing options, when as an agent, you are bound to make sure homeowners are not harmed financially in the sale.

I suspect most retail sellers get them and read them its part of the presentation. .I have seen them in bound form and multiple pages long.

Any insulation that was installed was loose, and by now has fallen down to the lower 2 feet of the walls.
