Granted, we didn't lose money, but out last flip was bought slightly out of "we have money sitting in a money market, it has been a year since we sold our last flip, and we need to be making some money".  

They put everything in context when you meet others looking to do the same thing or who did it for the first time last year.

My wife and I have a child as a member on each property(last man standing gets it all). 

They were very light and didn't last long. 

He reached out last night and we have an appointment this afternoon for a conference call with his new bookkeeper to review our account.

Clark County which encompasses the rest has a lottery and is in the “process” of issuing licenses, although last we know there have been 4 issued.
