Hello BP, I'm in the process of rehabbing my first property and wanted to get advice on how to tackle the bathrooms.

You also need to start tackling your basic financials, such as improving your credit score by paying off any outstanding debt you owe and saving every penny you make.

Nothing wrong with having a sizable reserve fund for tackling your first property.

I recommend a traditional law firm so you have an advisor from the start and as you grow, they can customize your set up, and help tackle any issues that come up as you go.

Eventually i would move out and would rent out the unit i am in.I am leaning more towards the second idea as this work would need to be done by a professional and I would rather not start adding water pipes and moving gas pipes around to make it a separate unit.Any ideas and or suggestions to keep costs down and maximize my returns would be appreciated.Also for those DIY handy - How would you tackle this project?
