I was recently at a seminar where they talked about creative uses for housing like making an upscale nursing home,  home for disabled/homeless veterans or a house for special needs adults.

Homelessness, army, biochem major, Med school.

Dude, I'm going through a lot already, you think I want to be homeless?!

The clients are homeless and many have abuse issues.

I used to work in a homeless shelter out in Great Bend Kansas, so we both have similar passions.If there is anyway I can help out with here on BP let me know!

There have been ongoing problems with homeless folks shacking up there.

We were 'homeless' for 10 months while my husband did the work needed on the house... and it was extensive.

Aftet that, go with what Bill sugguested, firefighter training homeless shelter etc.

Denied benefits to short-term welfare, food stamps, housing assistance, etc, they are not afforded the time required to seek out the other 20% before either becoming homeless or returning to illegal activity.Matt/Johnny - Thanks, this was exactly the type of expectation-setting I needed.
