You can throw some agricultural corn meal down to add nutrients.

It really gave me al the different directions i can explore further.

This has proven to be a much healthier way of our senior citizens to live out their golden years as opposed to going to a facility to wait to pass.

For me, a perfect night out would be having one small plate in five different places, as opposed to one big meal at one place.And I am reluctant to say, when I bought my nephew a toy helicopter, I bought myself one too.

It is quiet and does not disturb tenants3. lawn looks better and healthier (supposedly)4. if i schedule it to mow at night, it will (hopefully) keep deer awayCons:1. this thing will require monthly service - just basic cleaning and blade replacement (those are very cheap)2. risk of theft is low where I am, plus I'll add it to the property insurance, so this is a minor "con"3. myself (or someone else) needs to get it out of the basement in the spring and put it away in the autumn.I wonder if anyone already uses them and can share their mileage.

You can get some great advice for the price of a cup of coffee, a beer or a meal.  

It's like if I go to the restaurant and go into their kitchen and tell the cook how to make my meal, that can't happen.  

Everything before and during the retreat is cleaned with green products [which also are healthier for NTs', and your prospective renters might like to know you do this as well] There is no fluorescent lighting.
