When I stopped, I was much happier, but of course I had to fill the void with real relationship building and real marketing.I also noticed by discontinuing the fake laughs and BS, people noticed I was being true to myself, and my realtionships were more meaningful (and yes, meant more referrals).Don't give in to gurus.

That gives them more options and makes them happier.

Investing out of state is a scary thought for the first timer, but you'll force yourself to be a better investor if you can invest without having to be on site.I live in WA where cash flow is scarce so I headed to the Midwest to invest and couldn't be happier!

The less they know about you, the happier you'll be. 

When they pay $1800 for that same apartment they're happier, friendlier, less demanding (my experience). 

I would expect you to do some sort of credit check on me and would have been much happier using something like smartmove.

Do it on your own, you will be much happier and you will still have someone to send Christmas cards to!

Maybe it's an area pride thing, where folks closer to either area swapped in whatever D they were happier about.
