I was expecting a post that is similar to my experience as a "newbie" - daily trips to home depot, stalking craigslist to get an idea of rent in the neighborhood, showing up to work (my corporate 9to5) with paint in my hair, asking my husband every night, "is it worth it?"

I don't work in your state but my gut tells me they are going to be really close in price to each other and all that calling might only save you a couple of Ben Franklins but lose some hair in the process.  

Her hair is perfect, always make up, likes her clothes to go with her jewelry.

If you have to have A,B,C,D,E,F happen for a successful outcome instead of just A then more times not it doesn't work.I just like simple deals with not a lot of "hair" on them.

But I vowed never to use that space as it is how you end up with rubber ducks, hair dryer, tooth brushes, eye glasses, books etc...dropped into the toilet.I could change out the pedestal to a cabinet but I want to do that as part of a makeover when is vacant, not now.Any creative ideas?
