Also, as a wholesaler, you don't really have title, you yourself simply have an option to buy at a stated price (depending on the contract, you may not even have the exclusive right) for a predetermined amount of time.

So everyone sees it, If any agent finds a buyer they get a 2-3% commission like you if you find a buyer (this is assuming you don't have "Exclusive rights" since you did not mention it, and also stated you have no obligation to sell it).
