Everything came back great the tenants checked out they paid on time, rent was at market rate I eventually got to see the units and they were really nice, well taken care of and in excellent condition compared to other things I’d seen.

Eventually, you begin to develop  detachment as a survival mechanism.Some people find it really easy for others it is an adjustment to work in this space and see the reality.  

Also, I find screening tenants pretty time consuming and it is a task I will eventually hire out.

That will eventually come around as you become a more established and trusted name.
