I'm not super familiar with Austin (focusing on Houston at the moment), but I can say that it is a desirable city for folks to live and has a good rental base with UT in the heart of downtown.

I see a lot of properties being restored and flipped in Fountain Square, Bates-Hendricks, many historical pockets of downtown Indianapolis, and of course just within or outside the 465 Loop.

Milwaukee itself seems great, and this property is about 7 miles from downtown.

With easy access to Downtown employment, and ample parking, it is the type of location my fellow citizens would be proud to live in.Not only will the future tenets benefit from the increase in affordable housing, but so will the entire economy at large.

Anyway, he is willing to sell his duplex with a great view of Downtown LA at a decent discount.  

Also, I've read that the downtown area is being revitalized.

I have a couple SFR rentals and just finished my first flip which was downtown, and it worked out well, but it seems like prices down there just sky rocketed with a bunch of flips coming onto the market.
