If everyone takes equal amounts or risk, (at least in regards to the SBA personal guarantee), then everyone should be compensated equally in proportion to their ownership in the project.

It is a question of proportions and can be also mitigated by the partnership having a low equity, and the rest is a loan by the equity investor.

The problem with lower priced turnkey properties is that the proportion of the capex costs to the price of the house is much larger and if you buy multiple turnkey properties rather than 1 higher priced property, you're adding multiple roofs, HVAC systems, driveways etc to your portfolio that will eventually need to be replaced.

You are generally obligated to do several things, but the three most important are:(1) Establish the business purpose of the trip and maintain clear and contemporaneous records of the business purpose;(2) Log the miles for each business trip;(3) Subtract from the deduction the proportion of the trip that was used for purely personal purposes.
