A long time ago, actually when I first joined BP, there was a discussion that started with the question:"Is it OK to lose money on my first few deals,...because it is a learning experience".The first response (not mine) was, "...of course it's OK,...because it's a learning experience...".Now, if I had followed up based on my first reaction, I probably would have been banned from BP. 

Inslee extended eviction ban in WA to September so follow all the nitty gritty laws as to notice for your state.

Additionally if you get banned or get a few horrible reviews on one platform, you will always have the other to back you up.

Only suckers overpay.I personally feel that dual agency should have been banned a long time ago.

There isn't much you can do with the eviction ban. 

And remember what the CDC said, this isn't a blanket ban on evictions, it is targeted at hotspots.
