Also, while spiral stairs save space, they aren’t easy to take furniture up and down.

It is proven to be incredibly durable and imprint-resistant for heavy furniture.

But the area was covered with furniture.

The texture hides/prevents the dog/furniture scratches and it's also super easy to clean.

Some people just don't have the nice furniture and they appreciate a place that's already set up including dishes. the thing though is, it is a tourist area but also towns where the vacation rentals are growing any available rentals are shrinking.

I'm guessing each partner would put up 400,000 plus pay home cleaning, lawn maintenance, pool service, utilities, upkeep and maintenance plus a sinking fund for appliance and furniture replacement of 200 a month plus 100 a week while occupying the home.

They have all of their big furniture like sofas, cabinets, etc and some of their other belongings still at the home.

The only thing they have done is purchase all new furniture (property being sold furnished - it’s high quality furniture).They think the rental history makes the property worth more.

I have experience in the SF bay area as a real estate photographer/furniture/design staging but zero experience with mobile home transactions, etc.
