Our goal is to build something impactful, creating opportunities to support our community and work toward financial freedom.

I am part of several Facebook pages with Agents Invest (Jennifer Beadles), Bigger Pockets Money (Scott Trench and Mindy Jensen), and Afford Anything (Paula Pant) communities and I have never paid a single penny for a course.

You can do some sourcing yourself through Facebook groups, and online RE communities , and even pick up the phone and cold call some homeowners that may be tired landlords, don't owe anything, and have built up some equity.With enough volume, you should come across some solid deals.

Long-term, I aim to acquire multiple rental properties using the BRRR strategy to generate income and improve my community.

I do expect an ROI but my bet is that if I lead with value by actually trying to help homeowners (and lose potential deals in the process) that I’d build goodwill in the community and more than make up for it with:1.
