If you got a lease agreement without this rule (or negotiated that part of the lease) then it could be possible, barring any local laws or ordinances against it (which there very well could be).

However, I'm starting to find that I travel to one particular client quite often, in a city on the opposite coast from which I live, and I'm super tired of the whole hotel scene and bringing suitcases with me all of the time.I'm considering buying a property in that work city.

Well worth it and good to see their ARE other millennials out there that have the same goals and not just snap chatting pictures of their food and the bar all day N nite!

I would choose an island with a good work surface that could double as an eating surface with bar stools on the living room side and cabinets on the kitchen side.

I will be attending barring anything interfering.

I used to work in Forest Park and would go to all the bars on Madison Street.

For me education is very important not only for the theory and math behind the business as well as the countless connections you will make by attending but also it is a huge commitment to yourself to follow through and set the bar high.
