Hey Cole and Josh - I've been using a free app/browser add-on that, get this, is called "Pocket."

Seller financing fills the gap as it has for hundreds of years in the US.Those with grey hair are more likely to know, they don't have an app for that yet!

Broward county has an app you can take pictures of the violations and send them to code enforcement. 

Tenant screening is covered by app fees and the additional profits from that should cover office supplies, etc. in my opinion.They have had one eviction since they purchased and decided to maintain a clean environment to have 2 cops live for free and thus have not had one bit of crime.

If the app, you may want to delete and re-install the app.

If the first one does qualify, I return the app fees to any other parties- I feel like this is the right thing to do and would like to continue the practice.  

I use a combination of Podio, Zapier and Globiflow to pull leads in from my website to my Podio App.
