Combine that with local agent to "push paperwork" for you and you'll buy the right property.

I had an interview with FBI agent and he told me its rather rare in the Northwest and that the most prolific are for mortgage fraud was Atlanta Metro followed by Detroit metro.

But he was too smart for that and read somewhere that he’d save money by not using an agent.
