Is it okay for me to ask for proof of death?

One of the things I love about being a CRE investors is when the 1st of the month comes and my tenants pay down debt for me.

It is was $10 per TV, probably not worth it for me with 5 TVs. 

Given my strengths are in the analytical and administrative areas, long distance might be a good fit for me but would like to dive deep with people who are actually doing it. 

I was offered LTV of 54%, 6% rate from a commercial lending institution but that LTV isn't feasible for me and was definately a lower LTV than I expected.

This area and all the house band needs to be invasively inspected by a licensed general contractor to locate and repair the source of the moisture and any decayed woodThe crawl space had evidence of high moisture levels in the form of mold growth and some fungal activity.
