I've found this site a little intimidating if I'm being honest due to the interface. 

Things that AI won’t know:Market rent as isMarket rent renovatedCost to renovateSpeed at which renovations can occurLease up rate once renovatedInvestors learn all of this by doing work in their market.

I have some ideas on how I could do this from the other side of the world, but I would be curious in some other best practices for those who have done real estate from a substantial distance.

Anyone ever buy out this way?
