There are several other important small details with a series LLC that a non-lawyer or a lawyer who is not an expert in series LLCs may overlook.

You will need to introduce them to a good probate lawyer. 

Even if you, both agents, and the lender, and the lawyer, and the escrow officer all do their jobs right, that doesn't stop Mr.

As long as your lawyer is ready to argue "acceptable effort". 

I consulted a local lawyer that knew the law and the bulk of the replies were incorrect.So far the problem has gone away but there still may be a legal show down in the future but I suspect the other party has or will back down. 

There are also laws that require both spouses to sign off on selling certain real estate, so title companies and lawyers want to know marital status.
