I put up 3"x1" strapping & re drywalled 12ft(x1/2") lengths were perfect.1100 sq ft ranch (but we also took out several walls & dropped in ceiling pot lighting)2 days to hang & a week (part-time)to finish mudding etc.

I've been a bit strapped for capital enough to keep putting 25% down for a better investor interest rate, so I'm looking for more creative options.

What we find in general at this building is that people use the laundry as a stop gap for 1 load here and there, but tend to take 3-4 loads the laundry mat where they can do all of it at once and be done in about an hour or two. 

It is 4700sqft, all brick and a massive amount of strapped and rebarred concrete.

Someone with land may be more willing to sell at a deep discount because they are cash strapped for whatever reason.

I'm currently furnishing a short-term rental and am curious about how many of each kind of towel I should get (Bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, bath mat).
