This is definetly inspiring. 

I've been doing it so long now that it sometimes seems like I'm doing it on autopilot but working with the newbies gets me inspired again.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has helped me along the way for me to finally close on my first property, as well as anyone who has written inspiring discussions / blogs.

I know it can be tough to put up with things in a transaction that seem stupid or unnecessary but usually I find it's worth being patient.Also, this may seem weird, but I sometimes find it an intriguing intellectual exercise to find out the exact point/person in the process where it is hung-up and working it out with them.If you are not similarly inspired and feel there are better use of your times (probably are) at least sell it to another investor if it's a good deal.

Gives me a lot of inspiration as a new wholesaler in the area.

Congratulations everyone I wouldn't be where I'm at now without the forums, podcasts and inspiration!
