Ask questions about how they operate, and include your specific questions about deposits, in-house maintenance, etc.I think you'll discover that you got lucky and found a professional company the first try.

I did use Michelle as PM eventually and she found a tenant with 2-3 days and immediate move in.

The investors that I talk with have found that looking for the best markets is far easer and better long hold then investing close to home.
