It's the one thing that will transform your business and most real estate agents hate it.In other words, learn to love the most painful aspects of whatever it is you're trying to accomplish.

We came to a "ehhhhh," okay number. 60k(negotiable with seller) I felt like I hit the jackpot until...........I actually looked up the price of transforming a bedroom to a bathroom..My God.Second House: I get a call right after leaving the first site from a sweet lady over the phone.

I'm very curious to see how this will change the neighborhood, and if they are pushing for new connections to make their development attractive.And with the population pressures of incredible growth, it seems that any near in neighborhood is bound to transform, the only question is when.

My wife loves the interaction between the two stars of the show, likes the setting, and the family values that they have, I think she also loves the transformations of the homes as she sees the before and after pictures.  

You will also have to pay for the new electric meter socket, wire to the transformer, and electrical panel inside the house.You may have to re-do the plumbing in the house to split up the two sides of the house so they can be on separate meters. 

We transformed a two bedroom one bathroom house into a three bedroom two bathroom house with an additional bathroom in the garage and staged the garage as living space.

To me it almost looks like you want to transform it into something you would want to live in and value more.   

It would be neat to see the transformation.
