I have been browsing around the site a bit lately and am also getting into the podcast now.

There are a number of very useful blogs and free ebooks/guides for beginners you should definitely check out.Also, browse around the file area (in Resources/FilePlace) for cool forms and files/books, etc...Last but not least, be active in posting in the forums, whether it's asking questions or giving back in areas you're better at.

People are constantly browsing and obtaining information about properties on the Internet and providing them with quality information will definitely be another channel for leads. 

Phx caught my eye as I was browsing through loopnet.  

I've spent way too much time browsing listings and trying to find potential online but have been very gun shy to date.Hoping to learn a lot and maybe pull the trigger in the next year or so!!!

., I took the time to browse over the FFREIA site today and will attend the next general meeting to get a feel for things so I can consider becoming a member.

I've considered my desired monthly income and came to the conclusion that my wife and I would be comfortable with about 4k monthly.I'm definitely planning on purchasing the book, Landlording on Autopilot.. as well as plenty other good reads that I'm sure I'll hear about throughout the day today while I browse the forums.
