Regarding inflation... actually only vegetable and salad still has no inflation.while the Korean BBQ joint that I usually visited, raise the price from $22 to $39 just like that.

You want to go out every night, meet interesting people and get together with ambitious folks vs meet your 55 yo neighbors for bbq once a year.

Each year I will slowly (I call it the BBQ method) eat away at it, and when I hang up the uniform, I can fully retire!

Also leaves me a few meals to cook myself or grill out because i enjoy doing that occasionally.For those in Southern Indiana or Louisville check out “Bite Meals” and “MacroMan”.  

I'm totally prepared to get my *** grilled based on the title of this thread but that's fine. 

And I can BBQ on my deck in December.  

No....)One property that we closed on. these wires were out above the condenser grill.

If you want to turn it into an amenity, you could add picnic benches and barbecue grills.

Another idea is possibly just prorating the "lost days".Overall, just being mindful that the tenants are dealing with an inconvenience and could very well be out a good amount of food as well due to spoilage goes a long way (could be time to grill out :) Hope that helps!!!

The tenant must of had their grill too close to the house.
