Try not to get overwhelmed, but keep an open mind to adapting the business to your personality and your schedule to the business!

LLC's combine the limited liability of a corporation with the pass-through income of an LP- and they allow simple, flexible operating agreements which are easily adapted to the needs of the business / members.
