I get 2 or 3 bookings in a whole year from them.Given my high prices I am happing with the simplicity of getting the bookings from VRBO I do advertising other places such as local FB groups for Lake houses.Ultimately VRBO is king for me.

You may be required to make estimated tax payments when the property sells.It depends on what your 2024 total taxes due were and 2025 estimated total taxes / withholding / estimated payments are.If you pay in atleast 90% of the current year tax or 100% / 110%(Depending on 2024 income), you are normally considered good.You may want to consult with an accountant for more clarification.

I wish you would have told us the year, it makes a huge difference.Anyway, everything you mention, plus 1) get a camera run on the sewer line, 2) make sure the Elec panel is newer and sized correctly (a lot of HIs will just say if it's functional or not) 3) Foundation ( is it slab or raised?)
