Reach out to a few to ask what kind of experience they have in terms of real estate and you can find a good match. 

There is a great place just as you enter Cedar Park that has great quality stuff and does price matching with all the big box stores. 

I recently made a career change and rolled my 401k into an IRA and started a new 401k with my new employer to take advantage of the employer match program.I am debating withdrawing funds, around 20% of the IRA plans current market value.

@Anthony Wick, it's possible that your investment strategy doesn't match the economic realities of the area you're looking.

I made sure each piece matched to some degree and was able to find mostly American made furniture at a very good price. 

Google says there are 1,400 matches for that acronym.

They are fixated on the square foot matching because it allowed them to go back a year to use comps.This happened with multiple properties across multiple appraisers.I'd say things like; "All things being equal a larger house is going to sell for more than a smaller house" and would get told "Smaller houses in your neighborhood must be in more demand; that's why the price is higher".I'd say things like; "Here is a house that is the same square footage in the same subdivision going to the same schools and it sold for much less" and would get told "But it's in the older part of the subdivision" when the year built was only 2 years older than mine!

(Maybe they will even match!)

Next, match the baths, bedrooms and square footage as close as possible.
