I supply paper products, coffee, hand soap and cleaning products.

I think I'll save more by using an experienced local architect that can provide contractor contacts and cost-saving design features and products (like windows, doors, finishes, etc.).  

Sell the asset and reinvest into a more productive asset.

I have come across but not used this product myself.

The finished product might be A, B, or C class.

There is a cap on this so once you've hit a certain production # for the year, they will go back to giving you 100% of all transactions regardless of whether or not they are your personal transactions.All the best to you on your search!
