Only Broker / LO?

My advice is to get a better understanding of what a LO is. 

As an LO, there's nothing I love more than being able to pick it up at the 2 yard line and walk the 3 steps into the end zone without doing the other 98 yards of work. so I am a huge fan of USAA and outfits like it.

First, it can be hard to structure a wholesale deal involving Sub2, LO and Short Sale deals.

I would recommend asking your LO before your start the process so you know what to expect and what their underwriters will request!

Costs nothing to have a LO work up your income.
