The last 8 years were "Socialism" in America?

I am a general Contractor and I am getting my real estate license, I am looking at different CRM and social media platforms and wanted to know what you may think about Real Geeks?

I am not comfortable offering a price based off of what potential rent is, knowing what rent is current.The big problem I have is that the three lowest rents are social security assisted living that have been there for 5+ years.

A simple search on the tax assessors site gives me names and I think I'll just message them on social media.
