Can you think of any other asset class that can obtain infinite return from appreciation?  

It has stayed occupied with tenants since i purchased, i love how it is completely hands off as well and i don't have to do any management and still get great returns. 

This person said she's had surgery recently and has been out of work since March, and will return in August.
