I was surprised that i couldn't even charge people who bring these sorts of pets an additional deep cleaning fee to remove allergens for future guests thinking they had access to a pet fee home.

Thanks Brandon,Yes after removing all of the staples and tackstrips, I did attempt to refinish the hardwood floors myself, unfortunately as a rookie, I did not heed the advice of getting the drum sander.

I'd Also suggest getting multiple estimates, but no one is going to know the full story until either the tub comes out, or sheetrock is removed downstairs for inspection.
