@Mike Van Arsdale, I saw a very interesting chart the other day comparing 25 year returns of real estate over all to the stock market to real estate 50% or less leveraged. 

-based consultant Eilers & Krejcik, predicts that sports betting in Kentucky will go live as early as 2021 as part of a wave of 16 states that includes Indiana and Ohio. 

How will the possible impeachment of a US President and US Supreme Court Judge impact the stock and real estate market, not to mention the global economy?

I often go back and forth between keeping 70s era 4 plexes and such with long term fixed debt until paid off vs trading up to larger buildings or newer stock, as I'm younger in my journey.

No need to hate stock market. 

I was with KW and loved them with no plan to switch but the revenue and stock rewards were too good to pass up at eXp Realty.

I have about four savings account which totals a little over 3k for different reasons like Emergency (2k), Travel (1k), a credit union saving (~300+), and investments (~350 and adding [Had more but I spent it some stuff to educate myself and get started with the stock market.

I have about 20k to my name and I dabble in a fair amount of investing and stock trading.

Do any of you have good suggestions on some books for investing in real estate, getting into the stock market, and/or wealth building overall.
