I talk to person after person in local RIEAs.

If there are changes you want to make then send your tenants official notice of those changes via in person delivery or certified and regular mail along with a copy of the new lease.

I learned this the hard way personally and had to get mine repaired.

The manager or registered agent needs to be identified first and then that person needs to be skip traced.

When that’s not enough they go after personal assets, if your rental is in your personal name it’s targeted.

The primary residence unit does not qualify, so the purchase price must be allocated between investment and personal use.
