Brief first post intro: I'm a B&H investor and have been reading & listening to BP for a while and gaining momentum.

Keep up the momentum!

This deal helped to increase my confidence and definitely helped with momentum.

Our progress has slowed a bit and we have decided in order to jumpstart our momentum in purchasing units to move on to a BRRRR strategy via private money.

When the wave comes, you can let it sweep you away or you can find a way to hop on a board, paddle like mad, and use that wave's momentum to propel you forward.You were not in control six years ago or six months ago.

Best way to get momentum started.

There is no denying the city is hot and has an enormous amount of momentum.

I especially believe what you have pointed out about the most important changes are smaller but more consistent, and that once you "tame a few feet of block" the change will pick up momentum and add more allies, etc. 

I do think that momentum/strength in numbers helps.  

I still want to keep some sort of momentum so these tiny deals are great classroom in the basics of the industry.
