We used the Brrrr method.

I have a client utilizing this method out there.

They suggested an alternative method, but I would need to provide more information, like passport, which I refused.

Definitely my preferred investment method.

How can you use the BRRRR method when don't have 5-600k to buy a single or multi-family all cash in these areas? 

It may take some searching to find good candidates for this method because I often wait in between my deals coming available in the smaller markets but then 3-4 might come available at once.
