The planned increases were to my last 4 (of 12) remaining inherited tenants, and the planned increases were over $100/mn.The property is in Seattle, WA, which has the largest number of cases.However, in defense of moving forward with the eviction, (1) I will already be taking a hit due to the eviction ban, and (2) the eviction ban raises concerns about rent freeze/control (and I dont want to be stuck with low rents because I was trying to be kind...)

Texas's largest grocery store HEB limiting hours to slow the runs on supplies.If there are layoffs, or failed businesses, this is going to be hard on those who work with the public (fast food, retail, salons, etc...), and that will trickle up the economy to Landlords for sure.I suppose we will see the welfare roles go up for a short time.
